Job Description:The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires fluency in both English and [Second Language], and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence in both English and [Second Language].
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and senior staff.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Translate documents and interpret conversations as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and [Second Language], with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
